Where can I find the diagnostic program?
Solution
If you wish to submit a ticket for any issue you are experiencing with DESlock+, you should first download and run our diagnostic program. This is available on the
Downloads
section of the eSupport website (
http://esupport.des.co.uk/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view
.
This program will create a log file which you should attached to your ticket when submitting a problem.
